MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award recognizes business-focused innovators


MIT Sloan CIO Symposium

The MIT Sloan CIO Symposium has put out the call for nominees for its annual leadership award, which recognizes innovative use of technology for delivering strong business results.

Award recipients will be honored at a dinner at the symposium on May 21 in Cambridge, Mass.

Nominees must have the title of CIO or chief medical information officer at a for-profit organization. Judging criteria will include nominees' communications skills, management skills, business acumen and track record of working with others within an organization. Past winners have hailed from outfits such as State Street, JCPenney and the U.S. General Services Administration.
