Dell bought EMC for $67 billion (a move still pending). Hewlett Packard split up and got out of the public IaaS cloud market. Oracle tried to get in.

Meanwhile, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google continue to dominate the public cloud market. And they didn’t stand still either.

2015 was a momentous year in the cloud. To wrap it all up, I sat down with John Treadway, Senior Vice President at Cloud Technology Partners to sort through it all, and provide some clarity on what was really important this year.
