Target, Kmart & Sears Black Friday 2016 tech deals revealed

The first real slew of Black Friday 2016 Apple product deals has been revealed courtesy of a Target ad leak, while Sears and Kmart will also lure shoppers with some cut-rate electronics prices over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Black Friday deals this year are getting more and more complicated as retailers stretch the shopping holiday across November. Target, for example, is offering an early access window that ends Nov. 10 for items such as Apple TV systems at 25% off, with in-store shoppers required to use the company’s Cartwheel app to score deals.

Apple itself is generally not too generous around the holidays, but other retailers like Target will often sweeten Apple product deals by bundling in gift cards or offering other savings. Among the Target Black Friday deals:

*iPhone 7 or 7 Plus $0 down and a $250 Target gift card

*Apple Watch Series 1 for $200 (about $70 off) 

*Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch tablet for $450, which is about $150 off.

*Xbox One S 500GB Bundle (Battlefield 1 or Minecraft) for $250 ($50 off the regular price) plus a $40 Target gift card) or PS4 500GB Slim bundle with Uncharted 4 for $250 ($50 off)

*Samsung 55-inch curved 4K TV for $700, which is marked down about $400. 

Sears touts Amazon Echo & more

Sears formally starts its Black Friday deals at 6pm on Thanksgiving day, but certain items are actually available already. And note that deals labeled as Shop Your Way will reward customers with 100% back in points so it’s basically like getting the item for free in that you’ll have whatever amount it cost to buy something else later. Among the deals:

*Amazon Echo digital assistant for $140, which is $40 off the regular price (though keep an eye on Amazon pricing too, as the online retailer will no doubt be pushing Echo to holiday shoppers).

*Samsung 40-inch LED HDTV Smart with 1080p for $250, which is $150 off

Kmart slashes Samsung prices

Kmart, which opens at 7pm on Thanksgiving this year, has a slew of Black Friday deals expected to be good that shopping weekend, though not many consumer electronics items are on the initial list. But here are a couple:

*Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7-inch tablet This Android device with 8GB of storage regularly goes for $150, but Kmart is selling it for $100 and including $50 of Shop Your Way Reward points to use at a later time.

*Samsung 48-inch LED TV  Kmart is slicing about $100 off this HDTV set, and selling it for $300.
