After a year of intense qualifying rounds, regional and national finals, and onsite competition here in Poland, the Imagine Cup 2010 Competition FINALLY announced the awardees! It has been a GREAT competition and one that has brought together some of the BEST student IT competitors in the world! I have enjoyed being the competition Captain and head judge of the IT Challenge Competition and a finalist judge for the Software Design Competition this year with the opportunity to visit and experience Poland, a wonderful host country!

We now ready ourselves for the Imagine Cup 2011 Competition that was officially announced this evening that the competition will be held in New York City, USA in the summer of 2011. First Lady, Michelle Obama, sent a video message welcoming the Imagine Cup to the USA in 2011! I will be returning as the competition Captain for the Imagine Cup 2011 IT Challenge with more information that’ll be posted up on the main Imagine Cup site at http://www.imaginecup.com over the next 2 months. For all those Imagine Cup IT competitors following my blog here, it is our intension to bring the IT Challenge back to being onsite during the final competition week of the Imagine Cup, so stay tuned for details as I work with Microsoft to make the 2011 IT competition happen for another year running!
Thank you for all of you following my postings this past week, look forward to having a GREAT Imagine Cup 2011!!!
