Hey everyone. It's been a few weeks since my last post. As I mentioned before, I've been immersed in CCIE Voice lab study (preparing for my second attempt). However, I did want to share a gift with you this holiday season. It's a free training video I just completed that details the theory and configuration of quality of service (QoS) on Cisco Catalyst 3560 and 3750 Series switches (that switches used in the CCIE R/S and CCIE Voice labs respectively).
