The Google Toolbar got its own Labs, at least for Internet Explorer. The special toolbars currently available for download are “My Location” which finds “locally-relevant search results on Google when local information is available” (among other things, as Google suggests)... as well as a differently layouted Chinese toolbar (connected to partly self-censored web search, news, and more).
