House bill seeks to more than double H-1B visa cap

Increasing the H1-B is just like getting slaves. These big companies would normally hire people from outside and would bring them here on cheap salaries. These guys are forced to work for these companies only, even if there are better jobs elsewhere. Then these companies take advantage of them by slowing the process of naturalization ! so that they remain slave!!! and work for them cheaply
