Let me get this straight. Iacona's parent company, Monster Worldwide, almost single-handedly invented key-word resumes, sells access to them, and tells job seekers to turn their resumes into buzzword lists. Iacona complains that job seekers "have a long way to go in wowing hiring managers" because their "resumes are laden with buzzwords." In Silicon Valley, we call this eating your own dog food.
