This suit, in my opinion, shows the inability of the juggernauts to innovate. I can't say whether or not Vonage violated Verizon's patents because I'm not an attorney, but I can say Verizon should have left the suit at patent infringement if this was the case. Why not just collect royalties and let Vonage continue to thrive....oh I forgot they pose a threat to Verizon's voip business. I think it is unfair of the big telcos to shut down the pure players because, as I stated earlier, they lack innovation. When will they wake up and smell the future. Don't see anyone going after Comcast.
