We are a victimised customer of eBay & Paypal and have not been compensated.
Re: Q&A: PayPal CISO outlines anti-fraud strategy.
We have not had our questions answered by eBay which owns Paypal and have blocking tactics to get our money back.
As far as we are concerned this article is far from the truth as regards looking after victims.We followed all the correct procedures and yet Paypal have not paid us for goods sold.
Any help in having our issue resolved would demonstrate the values and aims that Michael Barrett outlines.
