I See in no way how LInux could have violated anything.
LInux/unix coding been around lots longer mainly shell but has been around. dont that mean microsoft stole that from linux and claimed it for there own?
or wait if i recall didnt they steal Apple's coding? and got away with it so much they basically took over. and will not let anyone else have a simular os?

I say forget microsoft. They are trying to be the only player in the field. Just like how the government made att split. why not make something for microsoft and let people have more of a choice. same with all other companies.
