The format of the list
There are indeed a number of pages....
I appreciate the clarity of your thought Roxtar, and the fact that you avoided the jargon-ease that is most irritating.
In dated jargon-speak you would have been commenting on the user-friendly-interface they appear not to have.
More to date, GEICO updated the phrase to "So Easy a Caveman can do it...", but it still seems to offend some cavemen.
In Information Services, I think we all are seeking the same thing in the final analysis, but alas this list has obviously not achieved it in your case.
We each want to avoid the "Unfriendly-User-In-Your-Face".
