I think it is good idea to increase the H1b quota. But the best thing will be to put a cap on the number of visas a company can sponsor. Companies like Wipro india, they need to he caped.Above all small companies form india, should not be give H1b. In india anything is possible, these bigger companies like Wipro India, can easily commit a fraud by hiring small local companies to do it for them. Ins needs to be strict and smart.
