I've been telecommuting for almost 10 years. It's great! I'm in sales so it's a little different then some other workers however I still have targets to meet and goals to obtain.
Overall I find that teleworking is not accepted even from the folks who say its ok to do it! I feel resentment from co-workers and have received less pay and promotions from some of the companies I have worked for. But when everthing falls into place it's the best way to work, and very productive!
