Gartner complains: don't buy Iphone, Apple didn't sign with them
I'm dubious about anything Gartner says. Too often I've seen examples of Gartner giving poor reviews on companies who've refused to buy their research and who glorify their clients. It's really an incestuous band of villains: cozying up with end-users to pick their brains and then selling them back their information at a 100-fold increase. Gartner's players should be calling themselves black hats.
