Cisco does not have Application Prioritization
I can tell you that one of the only companies I have found that can provide QOS for Application prioritization is Streamcore or Impaname, both will provide the ability to prioritize the VOIP or SAP or Oracle so that under any condition, when congestion is present the VOIP will get network resource and the congestion will be throttled down, to business priorities the way it should be. Streamcore actually offers a feature where a portal into the manager is accessed for changing the priorities in real-time so at the end of quarter you can change priorities as the business needs change. Riverbed has good caching functionality but can't do the QOS like these other guys.
