I was scammed too! I bought a chocolate VX8550, and cannot use any of my bluetooth features. I cannot send pictures, music, ring tones, anything. ANd your now saying that i can't even put music from my computer onto it. Well why the hell did they advertise all those things if they were just going to disable them. Its false advertisement, and i am EXTREMELY pissed and infuriated with the way verizon is taking advantage of their customers. I have been 100 percent loyal to them, however they could give a shit, and aren't planning on doing anything about this. WE just have to take it. Well no, thats not the way this world works, and i am throughly pissed off.As of right now, i am planning on going ot the Attorney General for Consumers, to see what they have to say and to see what they can do to help us out.
