Question begging to be answered - what's the charity to do?
Considered from the charitable organization's point of view, the article leaves unanswered the question of how the charity could detect and even prevent fraudulent contributions (setting aside the likely condition that such organizations do not have a a lot of resources to take any recommended action). I am very interested in such information so as to help a couple of charities I support.
