TELECOMMUTERS BEWARE!! I
TELECOMMUTERS BEWARE!! I had been using HughesNet for 2 years and my VPN worked fine. I just upgraded my HughesNet service to get faster service and lost my ability to VPN altogether! I am now using an AirCard for VPN access at home and have abandoned using sattelite. The biggest problem is that the company I use for VPN and HughesNet both told me they flat out do not support VPN over Satellite. If there are any issues, no one is willing or able to take ownership to resolve the issue.
