IBM is doing the right thing
As an IBMer I am proud of being apart of IBM, I think our company develops superior products and we are committing a lot into the development of Open Source Products. Lotus Notes 8 is a huge improvement over Lotus Notes 7 and provides total support for Linux and Windows. Also, at IBM a lot of us use the OpenOffice environment and Eclipse environment in our development. IBM as I can see has invested a lot of capital into the future of the Linux platform. :)
