This is a little bit off topic from the test, but still interesting for Microsoft shops wanting to manage VMware ... You can use custom Windows PowerShell scripts to managing VMware infrastructure. Microsoft Subnet blogger Tyson Kopczynski writes about and can answer your questions on it. Take a look and drop him comment or ask him a question.

A majority of these vendors have lost focus on what’s a necessity in managing this virtual connection information. Its fine to have all of the bells and whistles but if you lack core functionality, nobody will ultimately purchase your software.
