Great Success Story
This was great to read! There are a lot of organizations using old technology and out dated processes because they cannot afford to keep up with the frequent changes that haoppen in the IT world.
The success of this innitiative needs to hit the home and SMB offices so that they know there are alternatives out there.
I have worked with Opensource products myself (personnally and in business) and know that these products are a viable solution.
