I'm glad that the big guys are willing to deal with the little guy that has come to bite their legs. Let's face it, Ma-Bell broke up, but the relationships remained. Hence Verizon, AT&T and Sprint are all the same. Instead of letting these big ones squeeze the using public again to pay for their "discoveries", it took it and ran with it. Vonage forced the giants to show the little guy behind the curtain.
I'm a Vonage customer and a very happy one. However, it became my company of choice not because of the technology and the right price, but because it seemed to be the one that can take matters into its hands and solve the problems right the first time.
