How about people who don't have the decency to get a cell phone? I once worked in an office where most everybody had a cell phone and they went out onto the patio to either have a personal conversation and/or to look for another job. My co-worker in the next cubicle, who refused to get a cell phone, had intensely personal discussions with her husband that I didn't want to but couldn't help but overhear. I had to leave my work and cubicle, returning only when the call ended. That's rude!
