Sprint
I was on Nextel when it was bought by Sprint.
Since then, customer service is horrible, signal is ok at best.
Sprint has to have a multi-faceted strategy focused on core functions.
Great Customer Service
Solid quality of service
Very "Hip" handsets. You have to appeal to three markets. Kids-who want the lastest handset since it is a fashion statement and don't care about service. Professional - Who want the most functional on a solid network ; General User - Consistent inexpensive service.
I think a way that Sprint can do that is with WiMax. They better have a full compliment of phones and extrondinary services to draw people to it.
