You forgot the carbon credits
I would be remiss if I didn't point out the absence of any carbon credit strategy. I believe Greenpeace has a detailed white paper on the subject referenced under the title "Carbon neutral strategies for the elimination of carbon based life forms: The Whys and Hows".
BTW: I believe Network Worlds' campaign to eliminate the iPhone and, by extension Apple, might be gaining traction with the postulating of murdering Apple executives in a comment section that was supposedly "held for approval". The MS/IBM bubble world lives on.
