Nothing Really New or Useful Here
This is just one more in a steady stream of articles about NAC surveys with useless data and uncritical analysis. Instead of railing on this website about the worthlessness of this "information" to security professionals, I will post my perspectives on the Secure Access Central blog tomorrow (Oct 17).
Yes, I know some NAC vendors love this stuff but does anyone else really appreciate these trite "survey summaries" and self-serving posts(see Nevis Networks post)?
What does one do with this info? Help them make decisions? I hope NOT.
