Oracle BEA purchase
Even after the Oracle announcement the BEA shares are still trading at a priemum to the $17 offer by Oracle. This just indicates to me that the offer is possibly low. If Oracle can pay $6.76 B for a $7+ billion BOOK VALUE company, I would be suprised if the BEA board would approve that upside down deal and asking question about class action suits and who got the pay offs.
