RE: How SOA could change the way you buy electricity

This is an intersting topic. I did not understand one thing by setting a certain threshold the electricity will not be consumed if the price goes higher. But will it not affect the instruments that need power for all the times e.g. fidge, Air condition etc. How would that work?
