It's a shame, I have never been able to restore an Exchange Org correctly, and I've been running Exchange since 5.0. Their recovery processes are just too easy to screw up (with the exception of SQL). It should not be brain surgery to restore Exchange or AD, yet even with MPS on the phone - we struggle every time.
