It's not just execs that profit
All of the shareholders of the company profit from the lowered costs of outsourcing. If the company does profit sharing, all of the employees benefit from cost cutting measures as well.
I'm not saying that I love outsourcing, but sometimes that's what it takes to stay competitive in today's global market.
