RE: OpenID: User-centric identity

OpenID supports the requirements of: authentication, authorization and/or access control, and to explain what is meant by "user-centric" in this context . In doing this, you must explain each of the different roles involved in openID interactions, and what openID can and cannot provide for each of those roles in relation to each of the three requirements.
