I have to agree that although this is a worse case scenario it is too close to being true. There are databases that track truck drivers across the nation from job to job. If you get a bad listing it is up to you to prove you did or did not do something because they are run as a credit agency. Employers and insurance companies in Texas can check your credit history prior to employing you or selling you insurance. It is a very spooky world we live in.
