The previous comment is obviously not actually from a user protected by 8e6 - I manage the network for our company and we use 8e6. They are appliances and won't have the effects this is describing.
8e6 blocks our users from surfing for porn, getting infected with spyware and keeps our bandwidth use down quite nicely. The system blocks what you tell it to block.
If you can't right click a photo, it's probably because you are trying to illegally copy an image from a copyrighted website! (nothing to do with the filter!)
