Yes, it's fair
The worst thing about the demise of WorldCom and former CEO Ebbers is that it has done NOTHING to deter others in similar positions from doing this again and again. Greed continues to runs rampant, and there are others who still are getting away with ruining people's lives.
Mrs. Ebbers needs to realize that he has ruined hers as well and move on with her life and quit making that 11-hr drive. He's not worth it...
