"Savvy" is a relative term. I've known many people that are computer savvy and still do something in error. In a related issue, we had a lady where I work delete all her emails accidentally for the past month. She had no idea what she had done. I determined that she had deleted a whole month of emails through the date grouping in Outlook. Instead of deleting the one email, she deleted the group taking everything with it and not noticing what she had done until the next day when she went looking for a past email.
