It has happened to me twice

It has happened to me twice now...first time I blamed myself (I'm a tech, I know it is usually end user error) but this second time, after instituting backup and more rigorous processing of incoming mail, it is clear the issue is with Google.

They have a problem there - and I'm sure they have to know it, even if they aren't admitting to it...
