Wow, that's a reckless comment about loser pays law...
If I had a patent and a giant such as Microsoft or any other giant company took my idea or invention, they could just run me over and claim it as theirs. I'd be afraid to argue knowing that first they're a giant with an endless money supply and no matter what I do, I'm pretty sure they will win. I wouldnt even try...to fight...
Like I said, "Wow, that's a reckless statement about loser pays law..."
If there are slimeballs out there trying to make a buck, don't penalize the honest little guys with the great ideas!!!
