I agree with the idea that
I agree with the idea that some law needs to exist in order to prosecute cyber criminals. Most authorities are fearful to prosecute without such guidance.
However, the vioation of constitutional constraints by allowing the federal government jurisdiction over traditional state issues causes me to disagree with this plan.
