Any town with a robust economic base and a few independent coffee houses offers more than enough connectivity. The notion of a city offering wi-fi as some kind of attraction is hogwash. Pittsburgh did something similar where initially you got 2 hours of free time but had to pay afterwards. Typical. There is no economic model to support FREE anything except slavery.
