Actually, it is not about Internet
I agree that Internet space is covered.
However, inside an Enterprise where security and permissions do matter, I think that something like this (depending on implementation details) could get traction. Enterprise products that leverage our AD security groups, object ACL's, and have an effective enough mechanism to be easily manageable are very attractive.
