This result is of no surprise, Checkpoint cheated - The IBM system runs a technology called coreXL which Checkpoint have developed to make use of multi-core CPUs. The issue is that Checkpoint to date have only just allowed their other partners to develope this feature, Nokia and Crossbeam will release coreXL features in '08.
