RE: Not giving a hoot about 'user centric'

I thought the term user-centric is simply a concept, rather than a 'tool'. It is about how you design a system that is usable and user-empowering. Many existing systems can be 'user-centric' to a varying degree. The single sign-on systems can be user-centric for it is designed to make users life easier by not having to do multiple logins.
