Free Downloads, but are they freeware?

0

There is a difference. For example, SnagIt. A great program, free to download, but will timeout after so many days; then you have to purchase a license. I'd like to know which ones of the 15 are indeed freeware.

The term "Shareware" has lost its meaning -- so many definitions for downloadable software.
