Unfortunately, tehse "Highly Educacted and Skilled" employees lack the basics of technology. They think that becasue they can use an Ipod or txt msg faster than their employers, they are IT gurus. Well, I have come across a lot of so called Computer Science and Compter Engineering gradutaes who still have to learn how to do simple It tasks. I have come across "IT savy" employees who have no clue about the basic of computers or any technology. I for one am disillusioned at the Quality of these IT employees. We as Tax payers want our money back. The money that was used to pay for their education. Go Back to School and learn some real life skills.

Welcome to the real world and do something for a change.
