DSL Interferance
Huh? Your DSL interferes with your phone? It shouldn't, not one little bit. I have DSL in Los Angeles, I've installed DSL for family in Florida. Phone usage while DSL is on (which is always) is completely normal and unaffected. While using DSL, you should NOT be able to tell any difference when using your regular telephone.
Are your voice telephones connected via those little DSL filters? You need to do that so you don't hear the DSL noise.
If you're using the filters properly, and your regular telephone service is still affected, it definitely should not be. Call your phone company and get it fixed!
