Young techs today are smart and the execs. are just frustrated they can't exploit and discard them as they could the previous generation.
I personally know 20+ of the best developers you can find and they've left IT because the industry won't pay they much more than a janitors salary.
I'm an IT pro of 15 years and I'm doing the best I can to keep my kids out of IT and, seeing how my company repaid me for my loyalties, I'm confident they'll follow my advice.
I wish we had a union or representation in Washington.
