Maybe he doesn't like to touch a subject which is more political than a technology problem? I don't line to listen Bill but, of course, I'm always interested to hear what he says even I don't always(?) agree with his opinions except mostly(?) when he is talking about charity. And last time he was actually much better than earlier.

And maybe your story of lines waiting tells more about people than Bill, as you said, all his talks and agenda will be available soon enough, no reason to stay in line.
