Bad headline, OK article
The headline shows a fundamental misunderstanding of what Linux is and can do.
Saying Red Hat is more buggy because of the packages that can be installed (and frequently aren't all installed) is just wrong.
Where as, 96% of Windows bugs related directly to the OS is more alarming. These flaws you get in every install of that OS.
At least the author gets this, but all that info is buried on page two, halfway through the article. Clearly the editor who wrote the headline is clueless.
