Some interesting ideas, but Dulaney seems ignorant of the fact that Internet Explorer does not run on the Mac, and not because of Apple, but because Microsoft ceased development of the software for the Mac. If an organization is not interested in maintaining a cross platform browser how interested can they be in writting software for the Mac - just look at the recent (not very now) decision by Microsoft to eliminate scripting compatibility for Excel in Office 2008. MIcrosoft appears to be pulling away from their own roots. Maybe they have forgotten what saved their bacon until Windows really took off.
